The way to your perfect mortgage
Step 1
The first step starts with the most critical one. Listening to what you want and fully understand your requirements.

After carefully listening to what you want, we provide you with the best available options in the market that fit your requirements.
Step 3
Once you decide on the best option, we sign a customer level agreement with you authorizing us to proceed with your mortgage application on your behalf. We then submit your application to the bank
Step 4
Based on the documentation submitted, the bank will underwrite your mortgage for approval. This process starts with underwriting, approval, Valuation, Final approval, Offer Letter Issuance, booking and registration of your mortgage.
Step 5
Once offer letter is issued by the bank, we will ensure all conditions mentioned in the offer letter are as per your requirements. Once confirmed you will proceed with the offer letter signing.
Step 6
In case of a purchase, seller, buyer and bank representative will meet at the trustee’s office for property transfer, registration and title deed issuance in your name. For transaction involving Buyout and Equity Release, mortgage registration in favor of the bank will be completed.
